Archaeological field trip and guided tour by Elena Sintes within the framework of the 'La llengua camina' programme, a GOIB initiative to create spaces in which Catalan speakers and people who want to practice Catalan can meet. The activity is designed to generate contexts and situations in which students can practice Catalan in a friendly environment. This excursions will also serve to publicize elements of the natural and cultural heritage of the Balearic Islands. At the end, there will be a tasting of typical products.
Itinerary: Maó – talaiotic site of Trepucó – talaiot of Trebalúger. Approximate distance: 6 km.
a) Departure on foot from CEIP Maria Lluïsa Serra at 10 am.
b) Return: bus from the Trebalúger stop.
Although the outings have a low level of difficulty, participants must wear appropriate clothing and footwear because the routes last between two and three hours. All excursions are in the morning. In addition, the participants will be gifted with a collar from the “Mou la llengua” campaign.
