torralba d´en salort24 Aug

This project is the first of its kind in Menorca to date, allowing to document through archaeology what rural life was like for the Christian repopulators of the island after the conquest of 1287 and, therefore, what is the origin of a large part of the Menorcans of today. The area that is the object of the intervention is a structural complex located on the western edge of Torralba.

At the visiting day, researchers from Amics del Museu de Menorca will explain the progress of the project in detail.

  • Date: Thursday, 24th August.
  • Time: 7 pm.
  • Place: Torralba d'en Salort, Alaior.
